The items in our hot case are baked fresh daily using the best local ingredients available including King Arthur Flour, Cabot butter, Feather Ridge Farm free-range chicken eggs, and produce from New York's finest farms and orchards. Our pastry dough is made from scratch every morning using a cherished Crisan house recipe.These pastries that don't make it out the door get donated to a local community service agency.
