Gelato is Italian ice cream. Less heavy cream and therefore less fat allows bold flavors and the characteristically smooth, dense texture that makes gelato so special. We make ours from the finest fruit and nut pastes and purees blended with a Romanian recipe for gelato base that we make from scratch using Meadow Brook dairy products.
